2. Services We Provide

LusterPix offers high-quality real estate photography services including:

• HDR Edited Photography
• Drone Photography
• Zillow 3D Virtual Tours
• Interactive Floorplans
• Roof Visual Surveys
• Land Photography with Line Markings

All services are priced per property. There are no subscriptions.

3. Booking & Appointments

By submitting a booking through our website:

• You confirm the information provided is accurate.
• You authorize us to contact you regarding your appointment.
• Access to the property must be arranged and available at the agreed time.
• Rescheduling or cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

5. Refunds & Satisfaction

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and a Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:

• A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• The client must provide valid reasons or dissatisfaction related to service quality.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Late cancellations
• Missed appointments due to client access issues
• Work already approved and delivered

6. Delivery

Most services are delivered within 24 hours. This may vary based on:

• Property size
• Service type
• Weather or uncontrollable delays

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring the property is clean and photo-ready
• Providing accurate booking details
• Communicating any special instructions in advance

8. Intellectual Property

All media (photos, videos, tours) are the property of LusterPix unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients are granted a license to use the content for real estate marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

LusterPix is not liable for:

• Delays due to weather, property access issues, or force majeure events
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our services

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
