At LusterPix, we stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your final delivery, we've got your back.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the final media delivered:
- You may request one complimentary reshoot to address any concerns.
- If after the reshoot you are still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund.
Important Notes
- The initial concern must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The reshoot must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe, and access to the property must be available.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–7 business days.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If
- The client declines or cancels the reshoot.
- Access was not granted for reshooting.
- The original service was approved and published without complaint.
- The dissatisfaction is due to factors beyond our control (e.g., property condition, weather).
